I'm 5'1", 135 lbs and I purchased a large. It fits but I probably could have gone for the medium. The tights themselves are nice and comfy but there are two issues: 1) these are NOT thermal. I can't see myself running in 30 degree winter weather in these. I'll keep them for the fall/spring but I wouldn't buy these if you expect them to keep you warm in the winter. 2) there is no built in panty. The seam goes straight through the back, right up your crack. People who exercise do not usually wear underwear with their workout clothing. These were inexpensive which is why I'm keeping them. Good deal for the price but I wouldn't purchase this full retail.
