Very fast, fits snugly, wears pretty well so far. Not for hot days, above 90 degrees its too hot. Only criticism is temperature range. This should be your first aero improvement. Paired with the new Bontrager Ballista aero helmet, you'll go faster for less money.The Jersey fit me perfect. I normally wear a large, and took a chance and bought a large. I did have to get more fit since its meant to be aero and therefore really really form fitting. I used the shirt twice - after the second time using it the retainer box completely crumbled down, the slider went out of the teeth (regardless of the retainer box going away).
