I would have to say definitely size-up as I normally wear a size 9/9.5, i failed to read reviews and got my usual 9- i couldn't even get my foot in the shoe, i was devastated so then read reviews and was like oh!!Fast forward to me buying size 9.5, first off delivery was crap as i never got the ‘said delivered item’ and they were gunna investigate as to what happened (im only house on our street with white screen and wicker bench) so not sure what went wrong there, anyways sorry i went away from our point lol. So i finally get the shoes from some old lady sweet as can be apologetic about it taking her so long but she lives two blocks away and tried walking every evening to deliver the box (it was further then she thought) welp after finally receiving the 9.5 they were also too small i mean i could make it work but for the price i want these to slide on and feel like butter haha. Safe to say I returned those and now have a size 10, i cried as I realized i have man feet but to my surprise these shoes are amazing on!! They are def built different but so flattering! The 10 does not look too big they fit me and i love the love and feel of them on!! Totally worth this month long battle haha but both my husband and his bank acct are quite happy with them as well!!
