5'10", ~37" chest, 29" waist, and I went with a Medium — same as the rest of my jerseys. Not to sound snobbish, but it's really not meant for big guys. Has nothing to do with how "pro" of a cyclist you are, but in practical terms this jersey was sized/proportioned for very particular figure.Fits pretty well if you are that body type; sleeves are a tad short but better than most jerseys I've had/tried, but I couldn't imagine going bigger or else it'd lose the form-fit at the wait. Torso length isn't necessarily short, but it can bunch and scoot up, even with tools/phone/wallet in the pockets. I'd say this is due to the fact the rubber grip linings aren't anything to write home about.Breathes well, but the anti-sweat pocket isn't so...anti-sweat. I'm not even a heavy sweater, and it seems whatever sweat I got running down my back just concentrates towards that pocket. And yes I know there's the hidden pocket. Sweat gets on my phone regardless if I put it there or the outer center pocket. This never happened with my other jerseysIn general I do truly like this jersey. The issues are there, but they're not *that* major despite me elaborating on them a bit.If you haven't tried a PI Pro Jersey, you will likely be surprised. This is a race fit, which means that it is skintight and won't flap in the wind. I now own about 5 of these (I usually wait for fall closeout to purchase them). I bought large and thought they were too tight (i'm 6'0" and roughly 180lbs). They're tight, and accentuate your belly (I'm nearly 60 with a full-time job, so I have a bit of a belly). Your arms also feel a bit restricted. Don't worry, that's how they're supposed to fit. You will appreciate the fit when you get in the saddle with your hands on the bars, and you're moving along at 20-30mph. There won't be any material flapping in the wind, and it feels almost like the jersey has disappeared. Wonderful!I made the mistake of ordering a couple of X-large PI pro jerseys. They feel more comfortable when you're standing up, but when you get up to speed, you definitely feel them flapping in the wind. You are always aware of the jersey, which is not a good thing. So order the right size. If you struggle a little bit to get into it and your belly is a bit prominent (a small belly mind you; if it's large, you should probably consider a different jersey) don't worry. When you're in the saddle and bent over, you'll appreciate the snug fit.Graphics are a little over the top, but the jersey has a great design, it's well made and has a racy fit. Ventilation seemed good on my first ride with it, but I'll have to see how things go as at the time of this writing, the weather has started to warm up as summer approaches. Again, the jersey is form fitting so be sure you check Pearl Izumi's website for sizing if you're not familiar with their sizes. I didn't have any problems with seams and the materials used are high quality. I've been wearing Pearl Izumi and Castelli for a while now and neither brand has let me down yet. I'm actually considering buying another one of these jerseys, with a different design, of course. This PRO style of jersey sizing is different than other Pearl Izumi jerseys. I have Pearl Izumi Elite Jerseys in Large size and they fit as i prefer. The PRO Ltd jersey in the same Large size was completely skin tight. If you follow the Pearl Izumi sizing chart on these jerseys it will be a true race fit.Other than the fit, I really liked the jersey materials looked to be very good quality and felt good. I will be getting another one in XL.Material and quality is good but a bit tight fitting for me. Still highly recommended.Great quality, perfect fit. I'm five ten and about 184 with 10% body fat. I'm not built like a typical cyclist considering I have a chest a large arms. I ordered a large and was concerned it would be too tight but I love the way it fits.Great material quality and design. The fit is like the photo, skin tight so very aero. A bit thicker material so it has some wind blocking but that makes it a bit warmer on hot days. Hidden pocket is actually inside the jersey so no access during use.Small/medium fits great , I am 145lbs. It’s tight fit but comfortable and material feels good.
