I take it off when bathing !! Would recommendThis is probably the third review of any product I've ever written in my life, but I am SO IMPRESSED with how this necklace has held up - I kid you not, this piece is incredible.For context, I have maybe taken this necklace off a grand total of 5 times in the past 4 months (one being to take photos of it for this review) and I have put it through a wringer - pools, showers, scuba diving (the OCEAN?!), camping/backpacking, and much much more, yet this little thing has held up like a champ! Right now it looks exactly like it did when I received it back in June. Maybe my only grievances are micro scratches on the back, but honestly I was expecting a lot worse for wear by now.Safe to say I'm very happy with this piece and highly recommended :-) Tbh, I felt a bit guilty for not writing a review sooner for how outstanding the quality of this necklace has been.hasn’t tarnishedSmaller than expected but the size makes it even better. My daughter said it is nice because of the way it is attached on both sides that it lays flat and doesn’t flip over. The opal sparkles and is lovely. I love where it lays on my neck, the rose gold is gorgeous. The size of the pendent is perfect. Not too small not too big. It’s still so shiny! It’s well made and I love that it’s adjustable, I like to wear it a little shorter. It came packaged nicely and I’ve worn it a few times. I’ve experienced some skin irritation even after taking it off and for that reason, I may not be able to wear it as often as I’d like. My review is based on quality, my sensitive skin is keeping me from wearing it as often as I’d like.
